Demolition works are well underway on site at the well know Paddington Green Police Station for our valued client Berkely St Edwards. Acting as the Principle Contractor, our GCL Demolition team commenced works on site mid February 2024. The 17 storey tower has been fully enclosed with scaffold & monoflex as top down demolition has recently commenced. Other works on site include removal of a 3 storey wrap around block, podium slabs, basement slabs and underground obstructions along with temporary works and buttress piling. Our contract works on site will continue until late 2024 with main works due to commence in July 2024.
