We are delighted to announce that demolition works will commence on site in Claremont Road, Cricklewood in June 2024. This is a very exciting scheme for us as we hope this is the first of many schemes for our new client Chase New Homes. Full demolition of above ground structures, removal of ground bearing slabs and foundations aswell as onsite crushing of concrete will form part of the contract. Acting as the Principle Contractor, we will take full control of the site, where hoarding, welfare, security and management of all gates/access routes will be managed by our experienced site team. Further updates on this scheme will be published once we get started on site.
