GCL are delighted to announce that we have secured the final phase of the Fulham Reach development for our long term client St George. After completing a very successful enabling works packing consisting of Contig & Bearing Piles, Capping Beam and Bulk Dig, works have commenced on the Subs & Superstructure works on site. A single storey basement throughout will be constructed with frames to both blocks coming off a podium slab. Precast columns and stairs will be supplied by PCUK and installed on site by our experienced team The crane will be provided by TCUK which is planned to be operational at the beginning of May. Blocks B2 & C are the final blocks to be built in this scheme and we look forward to working with St George over the next number of months.
