We are delighted to announce that we have been successful with the Substructure and Superstructure packages at the former Paddington Green Police station which is now known as project Trillium. Piling and Substructure works have commenced on site for our valued client Berkeley St Edward. The works involve piling, basement box and Block I superstructure which tops out at level 24. This package of works follows on from a very successful Demolition and Enabling works package that was carried out in 2024. We look forward to working and delivering this contract with the Berkely team to the highest standards. Stay tuned for updates throughout the project.
