Abbey Road Phase 3- Wates
Description
Demolition works completed late 2023 at Phase 3 of the Abbey Road scheme for Wates. Enabling works for scheme are currently ongoing with RC groundworks due to commence Feb 2023. The final phase of the scheme will consist of 3no blocks ranging from 6 to 11 floors. 2no tower cranes will service the job which will be served from a new pitlane for all deliveries due to the tight site logistics. Precast Columns and stairs will be installed as the frames progress which will help reduce the number of deliveries to the site. These will be designed and supplied by PCUK and installed on site by experienced operatives.
