Greenwich Millennium Village

This project involved 5no RC frames. The construction consists of residential units, retail & office space, as well as leisure facilities.

• Pudlo waterproof concrete system was incorporated to foundations due to high water table.
• Heightened environmental awareness in order to deliver the development as sustainably and efficiently as possible.
• 4 no cranes installed servicing RC frames up to 11 floors in height

• GASS falsework design and implementation to overcome various structural design issues including use of double height frames to new yacht club underpass
• Stairmaster system utilized for all stair cores for speed and access as floors were constructed .
• Precast columns designed and formed off site by GCL to assist in accelerating floor to floor completion dates .
