Kings Road Park- Phase 3
Description
GCL are delighted to be working on the former gas holder site in Fulham for our valued client St James/St William . With phase 1 & 2 well underway, works on Phase 3 commenced in July 2023. Contract works consists of forming a single and double basement within an existing gas holder along with 7no blocks ranging from 9 to 15 floors. 2no cores are being slipped with a further 4no core planned to be jumped. Strategic planning from our inhouse planning team worked closely with St James/St William in ensuring the programe and logistics were in place to meet the key dates set out in the contract. Our onsite team are progressing well with labour numbers planning to reach over 200no operatives in the coming months.
