Groundworks have commenced on the large basement package that we have secured for Ardmore Major Projects which we are delighted to be part of. Blocks B & C piling works commenced early March on site located near Kings Cross London. The project will run well into 2025 which will see approx. 100,000m3/11,800 loads of muck being removed of site in the coming months. The basement which will be formed alongside Regents Canal will be a singe basement in Block B with Block C having a double basement level. Inhouse temporary works teams will be working closely with our client and site team to ensure the best solutions are designed and installed on site. Other designs such as Waterproofing is also part of our contract where we will see our technical teams develop a Grade 3 design alongside one of our waterproofing specialists. 3no cranes will serve the project which will be supplied by our inhouse crane division TCUK. We will issue further updates as the works progress with this exciting scheme.
